i used my best for this type of colour detail and fullness: pencil to translucent for that clear tattoo look followed by black gel ink fine print' then finalised with EVOLUTION-bic-FRANCE COLOURS, yellow,blue matt,blue ice, brown dogerè, falecènt pink, red rosè, purple, garden polish green, dark garden green, black shadow.
